Newly remodeled! You want desert sunsets from the dining room table, a cozy fire on a chilly night or cool AC during those hot summer nights- we have it! Enjoy the security of a large fenced property, where you can store your toys (boat, ATV's, etc.) and have 3 home entrances so everyone has privacy coming and going in the spacious 3 bedroom home. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, spa style tub and private porch with bistro set. Bedroom 2 has a small study area/desk and all 3 bedrooms offer closet space and dressers. The home is fully stocked for all your needs, you just need to go to the store for food and drinks! Large kitchen, coffee bar and full size washer and dryer. Prime location for Las Vegas, Lake Havasu, Kingman, the Grand Canyon and we are just minutes from the Colorado river!
