Positive: For the price paid this accommodation offered great value with breakfast and parking included (the latter wasn't easy to find in Paris for such a price). We stayed 4 nights and received a friendly welcome. To get into central Paris was easy. The RER station, Fontenay Aux Roses, really couldn't be any closer to the property - less than a minute from the exit gate. And it didn't take long to get into the centre - just be mindful that on the way back you need to get on the Robespierre line, which is less frequent than the other line - don't stay out too late! Breakfast was also included and wasn't so bad once we got used to the offering. There were no pastries, as would be expected, but we managed to put together a decent enough breakfast with the breads, jams, nutella, cereal, juices, cheese, sliced meats, hot drinks, and yoghurts on offer. On some mornings there were also boiled eggs, although they were cold. The dining room never got busy in the mornings. Not sure about dinner time as we weren't around at that time. The room was quite spacious (for 4 people) and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We all had single beds. An outside door offered good ventilation at night with minimal noise as it was a quiet neighbourhood. A small fridge in the room was also very useful. We didn't take any of the drinks offered upon arrival; we just bought our own water and drinks (small bottles only) and kept them in there. The student residents are in a separate building to the guests which worked well. On the final morning we unfortunately needed a jump start. The receptionist asked the staff, and even phoned somebody who lives across the road who was off duty, and he came over and kindly helped us out so we could set off. Very grateful for the great service.
Negative: I can't really think of anything negative about this accommodation. It met our expectations and was good value for what we got. The only thing that could change would be French pastries for breakfast, which we were expecting, but nothing major.
