Positive: The size of the property was decent. Parking (though difficult to find the first time) was convinient.
Negative: Instructions regarding how to get the keys and how to get to the parking were not good. Trying to communicate with the staff via email/whatsapp was not productive, we had to call. Additionally, the place was stingy regarding basic things like toilet paper (2 rolls for a week...they would not give out more since it's not a hotel, as I was repeatedly explained in a very unkind manner), trash bags (no extra were provided though they did bring more after much complaining) etc. From the unit we were in (12) there was very little view (you mostly see other bits of closely built units). Would not go back there.
Summary: It was ok but the communication with the staff was frustrating
