Positive: 1. The caretaker Hassan is the best you could ask for. 2. Location very good within the small village and some 3kms to the bird park which is walkable along the coast. 3. Food is very decent and not expensive. 4. Room with good view to the sea. Have spacious balconies and lookout for sunset. 5. Old building with good architecture, big courtyard and terrace. 6. Presence of CCTV cameras
Negative: These are suggestions rather complaints! 1. The description miss “how to reach” by different mode of transport. We took a bus from Marrakech to Agadir. For people coming first time, instructions were unclear where we ended up taking 4 share taxis to reach whereas first it’s told as 2 taxis. You can reach with 2 taxis but taxis direct are rare. So you end up going to main access centres to get connecting taxis. The contact number is mostly unavailable where we tried to contact but no answer. Language barrier was an issue. Whereas Hassan the caretaker was quite helpful and easy to communicate. 2. No caller bell at reception or from rooms to contact someone for help. It would be helpful for people need something.
Summary: Nothing fancy but you get what you paid for. Walkable distance to bird park.
