Julia house is a spacious family home complete with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open concept living spaces and a recreation room with an office space. Located on the outskirts of College Place, Washington. Close to Walla Walla University and a short drive to Walla Walla. Bedrooms: 1) Master Suite with a king-sized bed and full sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower. 2) Two private bedrooms with queen sized beds. 3) One ground floor bedroom with a double bed. Bathrooms: 1) Master Bath with bathtub, separate shower and loo closet. 2) Upstairs bathroom with bathtub. 3) Downstairs bathroom with bathtub. Living Room/Dining Room and Kitchen: Open concept living space with a fully equipped, beautiful updated kitchen, dining table that seats 6 and living room with comfy seating, games, reading material and a television. Recreation Room: Large open room with an entertainment space, office space and multi-sport gaming table (foosball, pool, ping pong and air hockey). Outdoor spaces: Quaint front porch with a bench to enjoy your morning coffee and a dining area in the back yard. Guests can use the entire house except for the garage. We are not on the property, but the house manager is available to help if needed.
