Welcome to the historic Streng Mid-Century Modern home, located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood in the suburbs of Sacramento. We are approximately 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento and 15 minutes from historic Folsom. Our recently remodeled home features an open-concept design with a chef's kitchen on one side and a dedicated workspace overlooking an open greenspace on the other. Guests can relax in any of our three bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a walk-in shower with rain shower heads and a king-size bed. The garden room has two twin beds and offers a beautiful view of our garden, which is filled with color depending on the time of year. The third bedroom includes a full bed and is a serene space to enjoy a book or take a midday nap. We also have a fourth room with board games for family time. Guests also have access to our laundry room, which includes an elliptical trainer. The kitchen consists of all the basics. Coffee lovers will enjoy our automatic espresso machine or drip brewer, and cooks will find an induction cooktop and oven that can handle any recipe. Stepping outside, guests will find an outdoor seating area and swing that looks out to our fruit garden. Guests can enjoy fresh pomegranates, figs, cherries, and citrus.
