The modern kitchen is fully equipped, It has all new appliances including an espresso machine, microwave, and cooking basics such as pots and pans and utensils so you can make meals at home after a busy day at the beach. The bedroom comes with a large closet, a dresser, a king-size bed, and a Smart TV.

Very quiet private neighborhood. Guest house is on 2.5 acres that is completely fenced with a 6 foot concrete wall blocking out any sound from any nearby neighbors. There is a lot of wildlife roaming the property going to and from pond. As we are in a tropical climate there are frogs that are poisonous to cats and dogs that roam the property especially at night. Pest control is contracted to keep mosiquites and other bugs to a minimum.
