The location is in a beautiful neighborhood centered around beautiful Whitney Lake. Friendly people and amenities including public social areas with firepits, book nooks, kayaking, or just taking it all in. The home is a single story open floor plan with access to the front of house (living room with games, dining table, couch, and a comfortable atmosphere. Private bedroom with plenty of space next to a full bathroom. Access to full kitchen and w/d, free fiber optic wifi, temperature control, and personal entrance to living and sleeping area. Guests will have private access to a bedroom and bathroom as well as a partitioned off living area. Shared access to kitchen as well as w/d. I reside in the back area with my child but will be renting on days when he is at his mom's and I work.
