Summary: Our room was on the second floor. We loaded a cart and asked where the elevator was. We were told there wasn't one. We are on a road trip and had quite a bit of luggage. My husband had to make several trips carrying everything upstairs. He almost hurt himself taking up the cooler. If you are traveling light it would not be as big of a problem.
