Purple Haze is ideally located just minutes from many of the West Coasts most popular bars and restaurants, world class golf courses, beaches and luxury brand shopping. It is a modern Villa featuring contemporary modern furniture with clean, white and grey themes. Its picturesque ridge location offers an unparalleled panoramic ocean view of the western coastline.
The villa is a charming plantation styled home, set on two floors, complete with well manicured lawns and various tropical plants and a gym area on the basement level. Its unique ambiance is emphasized by the open plan ground floor and the stunning décor.
Accentuating the warmth of Purple Haze in its impressive central hall is an atrium whose magnificent French doors open onto the terrace. They are also several patios spread around the property to relax as well as an exquisite pool and sun deck to appreciate the tropical weather and sea views.
Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences; the formal dining area, consisting of a quaint bar; the cozy TV area, and the spacious living room area. There is another room which is currently set up as bedroom 5 / home office. The laundry area is just off of the kitchen and leads to an enclosed garage.
The villa contains 4 sprawling bedrooms on the upper level. Two of these bedrooms have wonderful sea views and open onto spacious balconies for luxurious lounging, looking out to sea. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and power shower with three of the bathrooms enjoying its own bathtub.
