This is one of only nine (9) Penthouse Suites at Sunset Beach -- the biggest and best units at this resort -- where every suite has a panoramic ocean view! Each Penthouse is a 2-story unit in a 2-story building, so you have complete privacy, with no one else above or below you! The top floor has one bedroom with two double beds (Mexican queens) and its own attached bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious living room with sofabed, a kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining areas, and a huge furnished wraparound terrace with a private outdoor hot tub! The bottom floor has the master bedroom with a king size bed and an extra large attached bathroom with jetted bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is also downstairs and has two double beds and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Both downstairs bedrooms have direct access to their own furnished patio. Every bedroom and the living room has a flat panel television with satellite service, and there are telephones in each bedroom, bathroom and the living room. This rental gives you full use of all the pools, services and amenities inside Sunset Beach (the resort where this unit is located) as well as at the three Pueblo Bonito sister resorts (Rose, Blanco and Pacifica). The resort provides free daily maid service, linens, room towels, beach/pool towels, toiletries, chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas. The all inclusive meal plan is optional and can be purchased as an add-on to this rental at a discounted weekly rate payable directly to the resort.
