5 Bedroom Villa with Barbecue, Kitchen and Designated Smoking Area
Located near Grasse, the 'Bastide Saint Philippe', is surrounded by a 3300 sq. meters closed garden, in a protected area. The private private swimming pool (11,8 m x 4,8 m with roller security system) and its solariums with awning, is very peaceful and relaxing . The pool-house includes a summer kitchen, , perfect to those lazy holiday evenenings. A private tennis court will suit 'amateur' players.
Bicycles are provided to explore the local countryside. Babyfoot, and 2 ping pong areas, petanque, swings, and securized playing area for small children are also available.
Inside, the villa's recent decoration is a modern interpretation of the traditional Provencal style. All equipment is very recent. A large "high technology" veranda with open access to the living room and to the kitchen , provides additional space and allows to overview the pool, tennis and garden.

Our private pool: is equipped with a clever sun heating system, which allows to benefit of a very pleasant temperature of water, during the sunny period.
During the months where the sun is less kind, an electric heating system can also be switched on .
The water of the pool is sterilized with 'ozone', which allows to reduce the quantity of chlorin. So the water is
very pure, soft, and does not have any 'chlorin perfume', which is a good thing for the kids who remain all day long in the pool !
Furthermore, our pool is checked every week, to make sure that the whole system is working correctly and that the Ph data are OK.
Our villa is a paradise also for children and for babies. A special secured playing area is available for juniors (with children house, tobogan, and various toys), just near our petanque . So, parents may play petanque and keep an eye on their small
kids. Babies will find all equipments at their sizes (high chairs, cots, bath, pushchairs, gaming carpets .....)
