Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, as you can tell you have neighbors very close so please be respectful.
No violation of quiet hours.
No parties or gatherings.
No pets unless assistance/support pets. No smoking anywhere on premises.
No tampering of smoke detector or thermostat.
Any breach of these rules will result in a 200.00 fine each.
Guests will also be responsible for any lost stays due to extra cleaning time.
