The layout of this remarkable holiday home is unique, with the living areas positioned on the first floor to take full advantage of the views that surround the property. The spacious living/dining room is a highlight of the house, featuring vaulted, beamed ceilings that add a touch of rustic charm. Here, you’ll find a state-of-the-art media centre complete with a magnificent 65" Smart TV, perfect for those evenings when you want to watch your favourite shows or movies. Also in the living room, bi-folding doors lead to the garden, set across two levels. The lower level boasts a delightful decking area, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee amidst the serene surroundings. On the upper level, a lawned area offers a peaceful oasis where you can bask in the tranquillity of nature. On the ground floor, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms, each designed to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Blackgang Chine is nearby, the oldest themed attraction in the UK, and within easy reach are the Needles and Alum Bay. Attractions include Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Isle of Wight Pearl, Dinosaur Isle, Donkey Sanctuary and Calbourne Water Mill, which has a 17th-century working watermill. Osborne House and Gardens, known for being Queen Victoria’s holiday residence, and Carisbrooke Castle are a short distance away.
