This newly remodeled home on the ocean is designed for large group gatherings, multiple families and groups wanting a well designed and appointed space for their retreat. The decor is Industrial with open concept living, open rafters, stained concrete floors, barn wood and large living spaces to accommodate large groups. Even with a large group, you can find solace and tranquility throughout the home.

Located directly on Vilano Beach just half a mile north of the bridge.
Guests do not have garage access.
Enjoy the views from one of three large balconies overlooking the ocean or play ping pong or pool in our downstairs recreation and living area. Use one of the two kitchens to either whip up a meal or cater to your group at the massive tables that sit 20 plus. Play bartender or better yet, hire a bartender to serve your guests at the live edge bar that seats eight. Sit around the enormous center island that seats 10 taking in the ocean views as you enjoy your happy hour. Steps to the ocean, this house is the perfect venue for your gathering. The vistas from the third floor open railing custom stairwell has views to Anastasia National Seashore, the Lighthouse and all the way up to Ponte Vedra. It literallly feels like you are on a crusie liner from the third floor wall of windows. Enjoy the sunrise from the primary bedroom deck as you take a seat in a swinging chair or perform your sun salutation. Catch the sunsets and views of the Matanzas River from the front of the home on the large balcony off the dining area. The large paver driveway has enough capacity to fit 10 plus vehicles. The white shiplapped walls and black lighting fixtures, custom tiled bathrooms make the space modern and clean. Custom wood bar in the recreation room is great for conversation as you gather for a game or karaoke!!! Outside granite bar overlooking the ocean allows for the party to continue as you barbecue the catch of the day. There is never a dull moment at this house. People watching is endless and the variety of wildlife keeps you entertained for hours. Even though there are t.v.'s in almost every bedroom and several in each open living area, the pelicans swooping down from the third floor balcony or dolphins surfing keep you entertained for hours.
