The Space
The Entrance
Step inside this lovely space with it's large windows and comfortable seating, open plan kitchen and easy access to the bedrooms. The entrance room has a cozy queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), contemporary glass coffee table an elegant sideboard table and soft artwork with hues of greens and tropical themes. The room can be private with the black-out blinds.
The Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king-sized coastal blue upholstered platform bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. Work in complete privacy at the personal desk. There is a 55" HD smart streaming ROKU TV and eye-catching glass encased artwork on the walls.
The 2nd bedroom has a softer feel with the light browns, beige and white coloring. The queen bed has a modern upholstered headboard dotted with a decorated brass trim. There is a 42" HD smart streaming ROKU TV to enjoy your favorite shows. There is a direct door to the large family room which can be blinded for privacy.
The 3rd bedroom has a two twin beds with tropical rattan headboards, bright greens and golds and a leather console with a 42" HD smart streaming ROKU TV to enjoy your favorite shows.
The Bathrooms
There is one bathroom that is shared between the 3 bedroom spaces and located in the main hallway just outside the bedrooms. The bathroom has been newly renovated with beautiful grey tiles, crisp white walls and a modern white single vanity with shaker cabinets. Conveniently, there is a combination tub/shower.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! There are stainless steel appliances such as an electric stove, microwave, and a double door stainless steel fridge with icemaker. Extras include a mint colored toaster, kettle, blender, indoor and outdoor dinnerware and glasses for 8. All the pots, pans, utensils, and baking utensils you need. There is a filter coffee machine and we supply the coffee, sugar, basic oils and spices. Two guests can sit on the rattan bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The Dining Areas
The dining area sits one step down from the kitchen for easy service and has seating for up to 5 guests at the table. The dining table is a stunning glass round table with a unique woven rattan curved base. The dining area is flooded with so much natural light from the large surrounding windows. There is additional outdoor dining for 6 at the beautiful frosted glass top table under an aqua blue extra large rectangular umbrella. This outdoor is centered in the middle of the yard under the towering magnificent trees.
The Family Room
The large floorplan is inviting, modern and spacious. The whole family can lounge on the massive L-shaped wrap around sofa which sits on a large natural jute rug. The room has a tropical Palm Beach feel with the rustic rattan coffee and end tables and rich tree green décor throughout. Enjoy hours of fun with Monopoly, backgammon, chess and UNO or just lounging and watching the 65" HD Smart TV with basic cable. The family room has access through the double French doors leading to the impressive fenced in backyard. There is a classic white desk with velvet green chair and rattan lamp for reading or remote working.
The Outdoors
The outdoors is truly a treat! There is a lovely new 4-6 seater hot tub, outdoor shower, a dining area, gas-powered BBQ grill plus a relaxing seating area with lounge chairs under the white umbrella with coastal blue cushions. The yard has a new firepit area with 5 navy blue Adirondack chairs and a wood-powered firepit. The entire back yard and side of the house is lined with outdoor string lights which come on automatically at sunset.
The Neighborhood
The home is located on a very quiet and safe family-friendly street. It's in a lovely neighborhood for walking pets or going for bike rides. The house is just 7 minutes to Palm Beach International airport, 9 minutes to downtown West Palm Beach Clematis and The Square and 10 minutes to the beaches.
Pets:
We allow up to 2 pets and charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. That fee depends on the breed and size of the pet. Please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm and we ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10pm be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. Thanks for understanding!
