Summary: House was very new, very modern , and built to very high standards; It had an outstandigng layout. It was spacious and fully equipped with all furniture , appliances and cooking utensels/dishes. The only drawback of the property was the pine trees which continually dropped pine needles in the pool, on the patio and which were subsequntly tracked into the house. The owner tried to address the pool problems by having it professionally cleaned and treated twice a week.
