The movie theater building on the property has a massive, comfortable pit couch for all your friends and family to enjoy cinema right in your own home! The sound system is a fully customized Dolby Atmos setup, which is similar to that of an IMAX movie theater. We have also provided IMAX-style seating in the back of the theater, which allows for comfortable lounging. With that, we have also included a popcorn machine in the case you felt like snacking while enjoying a movie. The movie theater is hooked up to an Apple TV, so you can watch on all your favorite streaming platforms!

We have also provided pool toys and items to entertain the entire family! For convenience, there is an outdoor shower as well as a designated outdoor bathroom for the pool, making it easy to clean up right after the pool. At night, the area will automatically light up, making it a magical experience to swim under.

Enjoy the mid-century modern living room fully customized by Italian decorators! The space has a 75 inch 4k Roku TV, allowing you to comfortably enjoy all your streaming platforms. The space also comes with an expansive book collection for those that enjoy reading.

There are two masters, each with their own bathrooms, which allow for ease when traveling with a big group or big families. This does not include the extension suite, which includes its own bathroom, outdoor lanai, and kitchen.
