We are surrounded by biking/hiking trails, parks, local's favorite beaches and the famous San Ysidro Ranch, Rosewood Miramar and Four Seasons Hotel. The house is perfect for a large extended family or two small families that want to take advantage of everything that Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer. The bright, sunny home is 3000 sq feet with a smart, spacious floor plan, soaring ceilings, and walls of glass throughout with 4 beds and 3 full baths. The newly remodeled fresh open floor plan includes a very large chef's kitchen and 14-foot island, brand new Miele appliances and separate large dining space for 8-10 with an Eero Saarinen table, and Milo Baughman chairs. All overlook the pool and outdoor dining area. The modern living room with high ceilings has 3 banks of sliders out to the yard.
