PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

Base rate covers up to 8 guests, max number of guests is 12 (with extra guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more information). This unit is best suited for 6 adults and 6 children.

*The pool is in operation from May 1st-October 1st. It is heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

You'll enter this 2-level home on the lower level where you will find a fun living area with a pool table, cozy fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and a full bath is in the hall right next to a bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Upstairs, the “Main level” is a mix of traditional and modern, making the living room, dining room, and sunroom inviting areas to gather while dinner's being prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Grill up some steaks or burgers on the propane grill outside on the deck just off the sunroom.
