This is a monthly rental for 30+ days. Spacious 3 bed 2.5 bath home in Eagle features a living area with a large sectional, a custom built mini bar cocktail station & wine cooler, quarts countertops with new applicances, dinning table and barstools, an 8 person hottub, BBQ, patio seating and outdoor dinning table with a TV! Our yard is fully fenced off. We have a King bed and single pull out bed in the Master bedroom with a private bath and closet. Our guest rooms have a Queen bed and a Double Queen bunk.

Summary: The neighborhood the home are first class. Very quiet and private. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. The home itself was clean and spacious and exceptionally decorated. We enjoyed our stay.
