In ground heated private pool (16 x 32 feet) available from May 1st to September 30th (depending on weather).
Step inside this gorgeous and inviting property, adorned with touches and modern comforts. The open-concept living area boasts comfortable seating, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Curl up by the fireplace on chilly evenings, savoring a hot cup of cocoa and sharing stories.

★ GUEST ACCESS:
Keyless entry. Access via door code will be given the day before check in. The entire home will be yours.
★ PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking for up to 5 cars.
★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4pm. Check out is 11 am eastern time.
★ INTERNET/TV:
High-Speed Wireless Internet

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a king main en-suite. There is a queen bedroom, another bedroom with 2 queen beds and a room with a full-on-full bunk bed.
★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.
★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including coffee, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Sheets, towels, pillows and linen are provided.
★ POOL:
The in-ground 16 x 32 feet swimming pool is available May 1st to September 30th (weather permitting). Pool is heated to 84 degrees with depth ranging from 3-6 ft. Heating fees ($75/day) may apply in May and September.
★ GAME ROOM:
Game room equipped with pool table, foosball, air hockey and arcade game.
★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place it in the trash containers.
★ SECURITY:
Ring security camera atop the garage.
★ PETS:
NO PETS allowed due to homeowners' severe allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $300 and asked to leave.
★ PARTIES:
Absolutely NO parties allowed. You will be asked to leave if throwing a party.
★ SMOKING:
Absolutely NO smoking indoors.
★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.
★ LITTERING AND FIREWORKS:
Our HOA has strict policies on littering and fireworks, each carrying a $1,000 fine. Please refrain from littering and using fireworks within the community.

Summary: Great house, very clean, newly renovated, excellent location close to stores and JFBB ski area. Very comfortable set up with large bed rooms, game room, dining room, well appointed kitchen. Great yard with fire pit and hot tub. Very enjoyable would definitely stay there again. Thank you !
