Our charming, private detached guest house has a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washer, renovated AC, Keurig machine, dryer, iron, WIFI, walk-in shower, king bed, Roku tv in bedroom, tv with firestick and DVD player downstairs, and complimentary beach bag with beach towels. There is a pull out couch in the living room. This rental has a narrow staircase that is difficult to maneuver for tall and older guests. The bathroom is in the first floor and the bedroom is on the second floor.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. Our son lives in Tampa and we were visiting for his birthday but did not want to stay in a hotel. Found the guesthouse (which was actually comparable to a hotel in cost). Easy stop at Wal-Mart on your way in for supplies. House is well stocked, very cozy, comfy bed, we cooked two meals at the house including birthday dinner (brought our own grill). Owners are right next door if you need anything (which we didn't), and Amanda is very responsive to questions! Will definitely stay here again on future trips!
