First floor: Down the hall from the front entry is an open living/dining/kitchen space focused around a gas fireplace backing to a large deck all overlooking 20 acres of conservation land. Off the kitchen is a cozy den/TV viewing room with beautiful custom built-ins. A private hall off the living room leads to a quiet office or swing bedroom/nursery space and then the large primary bedroom featuring a king bed and an en-suite full bath and walk-in closet.
Second floor: Up the stairs is another intimate den, a second primary queen bedroom with an en-suite full bath and walk-in closet, and two more bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twin beds) that share a shower bath. In the den is a queen sofa bed for additional guests making the home available for 10 guests total.
Outside the yard is beautifully landscaped with a large but private front lawn and a fenced-in backyard that includes a large back deck, heated pool, pool deck, an outdoor shower and a pool cabana house with a changing area and a shower bathroom. The neighborhood feel is ''rural''. Accordingly, the neighborhood homes are spaced with privacy in mind. Burnt Swamp is a quiet, very low traffic, sandy lane that is great for walking. From the house, which sits on a gentle rise, there are beautiful sunset views over the surrounding conservation land.
Although the property is private and quiet, it is only a short distance via the bike path on Hummock Pond Road to both the Town in one direction and Cisco (the beach, the brewery, the fish market and the farm) in the other.
