My place is close to the beach (72 steps from front door to ocean -but not on the beach) and organic food market . You’ll love the views, the beach, the people, the coziness and all that Malibu has to offer..... My home is great for couples and families (with kids). Cozy, clean, and relaxed. This house sleeps 8 comfortably (each person has a bed).... ENTIRE HOUSE HAS BEEN REMODELED, (see recent pictures) as well as DRIVEWAY, walkway and backyard! Brand NEW hardwood floors in entire house!
All new appliances; and fresh paint everywhere! (Including kitchen cabinets). Brand new jacuzzi in back yard.
PETS CONSIDERED. No pets on furniture please. (Indoor or outdoor)
The Main house is 4 bedrooms/bath for an amazing beach get-away.
Extra steps taken for sanitation in between guests.
You don't need anything but your bathing suit, sunscreen and groceries to come here. Soices/condiments in pantry and use anything in the fridge!! A cook's kitchen awaits you...
There is a studio over the garage if additional room is needed. Brand new and state of the art. Very private separate from house.
