Overview:
You'll be set up with a traditional 3rd-floor walk-up, Chicago railroad-style living space, and beautiful original wood molding and vintage fixtures throughout creating a warm environment. You'll enter the space to find the living room and front porch (which I have turned into a plant sunroom) a long hallway with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.
This space is perfect for anyone who wants to feel at home, practice yoga, be in a toxic-free environment (I don't use any cleaning chemicals in my home or on linens), be creative, or get inspired. You are welcome to read the many books on spirituality, health, and yoga to satisfy your mind and heart as well as enjoy a creative and serene environment.

When you enter the space, you walk directly into the living room and a plant-filled sunroom that feels like a treehouse🏡. There are multiple sitting areas to provide ease of relaxation and space for multiple guests.
Down the hallway, first, you will find the fuschia-colored master bedroom which includes a queen size bed, more plants, a handmade macrame wall hanging, clothes hanging rack, and an empty closet for your clothing. 💗
Next, is the lovely light pink colored office/yoga studio and more tropical plants. This room is amazing for getting work done or enjoying a quiet moment on the provided yoga mat.🧘♀️
The single turquoise bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and delightful hair and soap products as well as towels.
The end of the hallway opens into a spacious royal blue dining area with a cute loveseat with an open view to the back enclosed sunporch/plant room☀️🪴.
Adjoining the dining room is a charming and large, full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. 🍳
The house can sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. Other potential bed spaces are the living room couch which can become a single bed, the futon in the front sunroom, and a blow-up mattress in the light pink office bedroom (upon request).
There is one air conditioning window unit in each of the bedrooms as well as fans to create a cross breeze in the rest of the house.
Most closets are off-limits. There are some hangers in the second bedroom and an open wardrobe and dresser in the master bedroom for hanging/storing clothes if needed.
