Come stay with us at Gulf Pines! This property is tucked away in the beautiful Miramar Beach, FL and is big enough (sleeps 16) for most any of your vacation/trip needs. Three stories tall and ample space to spread out inside and out, you won't find many properties like this.
When entering the front door, you are met with the open living/dining and kitchen area. Plenty of sitting space to hangout and this also opens up to the covered patio area! Sit here with your morning coffee, to escape the sun while the family is swimming, or to enjoy an evening cocktail. Soak up the Florida sun in the newly added private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin over twin bunk beds). Walk upstairs to the second floor and you are met with 2 large bedrooms. One is the designated master, including a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony). The second bedroom consists of a king size bed and a queen over queen bunk bed. There is an additional bathroom, large in size, on this floor. In between the 3rd floor and the lookout level, there is another bedroom with a twin over twin bunk.
Once you reach the lookout level, you have another space to relax! Here you will find indoor and outdoor seating, a tv, and mini fridge with sink. Step out on the vast open balcony and checkout the peekaboo views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Rental of this property comes with a 6-seater golf cart that can be driven to and from the beach and within the neighborhood (cannot be taken outside of the neighborhood). 4 YOLO brand fat tires adult bikes also come complimentary with the property.
The private community beach access is roughly a 5-7 minute walk away (or take the golf cart to make it even faster). Guests receive a code to the gate and have access to 1,400 ft. of gulf frontage on over 4 acres of private deeded access.
Can walk to morning coffee and donuts at one of the area's best, Parlor Doughnuts, just a 15-minute walk away. The same shopping center (The Market Shops) houses Ben & Jerry's Ice cream, Pizza by The Sea Pizzaria, Escapology Escape Room, Tuscany Italian Bistro, and much much more (or just a minute car ride).
