Positive: The location and property was nice and secured. The property has a great pool. The facility was clean and spacious as well as being comfortable. The air conditioning system in the whole house was great! Having a kitchen to cook in when we didn't want to go out made the stay even easier. We would consider staying here again. We appreciated that Angel, our host, kept in touch with us incase we were in need of something.
Negative: If I had to say one negative thing was the water pressure in the bathrooms. However, since we are aware how of how it works in Mexico it didn't make it a negative for us. The only other thing was there were no elevators. Our location was on the third floor, the stairs weren't fun but we were fine. 😁 One other thing was going through the secured entrance was a hassle because we weren't provided a key or card for entry and we had to pull my confirmation on my phone everytime. Internet wasn't always great.
Summary: Playacar was nice, secured and comfortable.
