ASPEN DEPOT CONTINUES TO BE THE GOLD STAR STANDARD FOR COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE WHEN VISITING THE KINGDOM OF BRECKENRIDGE
Located in Breckenridge Mountain Village, just off Main Street, we are a single-family residence with a newly expanded deck and hot tub. The main level open floor plan features kitchen with new appliances, dining and living areas with direct access to the south-facing (sunny) entertainment deck with grill. Take in the mountain views and enjoy privacy from the surrounding Aspen trees.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, we have room to both spread out or gather. Bedrooms consist of new mattresses and upgraded bedding. The two upper bedrooms have private view decks. Bedside wireless charging available for your personal devices.
The family media room on the lower level features a large flat screen TV and fold-out Queen sleeper with Tempur-pedic mattress.
Leave the cars behind and walk to basically everything! The home is also 59 steps from the ski bus in the winter and across from the Boreas Pass locomotive and new adjacent playground. Recently, we added a 240 electric car charger available for guests with electrical vehicles.
As a privately managed home, your safety is most important. We wash all laundry off-site with 140+ degree water and disinfect between guests. We take pride in keeping our home PRISTINE! The hot tub includes exterior heated mats to provide easy and safe access.

Summary: You can't beat the location to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. It's less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and the trolley and bus stop right at the top of the street the house is located on. The hot tub was great for after skiing, the beds very comfortable and you had all you needed to have a meal at home. The hosts were very responsive if we had a question and made sure to reach out to see if we had everything we needed.
