Live like a local! Remodeled craftsman style home located on top of Queen Anne minutes from Downtown, SLU, and hot spots including Ballard & Fremont. Quiet family neighborhood - walk to coffee/breakfast/market. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and includes a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room with period details and a modern kitchen. The yard is a fully fenced oasis with lounge area and dining table. There is also a workspace, fast Wifi, AC & 1 off street parking spot.
The space
Idyllic location on a quiet leafy family-friendly residential street just minutes to all Seattle has to offer. Spotless recently remodeled and tastefully decorated unit. The first floor has a formal entryway, spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room and modern updated kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, dressers and closet space. There is also an office space and a remodeled bathroom which includes a double vanity, large tub and full sized washer & dryer. Please note the unit is the first two floors of our house, and our basement is periodically also an Airbnb (with a separate entrance), so while it is a completely separate unit, there are some shared walls which may result in being able to hear some noise.
