Guest access
We do in person check ins and check outs, but also have a self check in system in place with a key box that can be easily accessed with a code if you prefer that.

Bedroom is lockable with key and communal areas have unmonitored CCTV (1st floor end of hallway) for everyone’s safety, only used as a witness in the resolution of any issue/dispute. Tampering the CCTV is not allowed under any conditions.
I would like to ask you to respect the neighbours of this beautiful estate as they are great people, all my personal friends and keep the level of noise down from 10 pm onwards. I will do the check out in person to check you do not to trash the place, as I expect to find everything in the same way you found it in, so I don't get charged more by the cleaning company and you have to pay an extra fee as well afterwards. This is a quiet place I’d expect you to party outside the property, in town, as doing it in the house is not allowed.
