Available for short and long term stays and rentals. Units are fully furnished and are well stocked. Price includes all utilities, internet, and lounge access. Free parking. Cleaning Service packages available. NO ELEVATOR.
Featuring healthier indoor environments - All block building, steel frame, hollow core cement floors. Enhanced air quality with sealed A/C and ducts featuring Merv11 filters. Ventilation system that brings in outdoor air for better circulation. State of the art water filtration system. Entire building has high drinking caliber water out of all facets. Low VOCs/Chemicals - Zero VOC Paint, low VOC flooring and finishes. We utilize all natural cleaning products.

Guest Access:
The building does not have an elevator. 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are accessed by stairs. You will check yourself into unit with a key fob provided in a coded lock box at the entrance to the building. This fob will give you access to the building, your floor, and your unit. You will be provided with 2 key fobs. Lost fobs will incur a $25 fee.
