Summary: Very friendly staff. Near tram to centre city. Good breakfast, with a modest menu. Room cleaning was almost zero. We had to ask for change of towels and for roll of toilet paper. When cleaning service was asked they merely changed towels and did nothing else such as empty bins or make beds or clean bathroom. Nothing done with the excuse they were making contribution to saving the planet.
