Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location of the hotel was great, right on the beach, lots of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel was clean and well maintained and had enough facilities to occupy everyone. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bedding was clean and comfortable.

Negative: Not good value for money as the all inclusive didn’t include tennis courts use and indoor pool use. Had to pay extra for the beach loungers too and for the beach bar use also wasn’t included in the all inclusive price. Unless you were an early riser you would have difficulty finding a sun lounger by the pools. The air conditioner in the room was loud and could only be controlled by the panel on the wall by the door, could do with upgrading and remote controller. The fridge was also noisy in the room and if you are like me and find it difficult to sleep with noise then better take ear plugs!

Summary: Really good hotel, location and facilities but beware of the extra charges for certain offerings.
