Cozy ocean front 4th floor studio with a beach cabana feel. With queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom with tub rainfall showerhead, table lamps with USB outlets, and a large balcony. Picturesque beach and ocean views. Property includes indoor and outdoor pools, elevators. Walking distance to the pier and many great restaurants music and live entertainment. Only a five mile to Daytona Beach International Airport and Daytona International Speedway. Sunrise and coffee are the best!

Please remember to close and lock the doors when leaving and keep the doors closed behind you as this is Florida and there are a variety
of insects. You will be happier if they stay outdoors. Leave the air-conditioned and ceiling fan running at all times to help control ocean moisture and humidity. Also please no incense or candles or indoor vaping, none.
There will be a %50 charge for missing or damaged items including lost keys. Please note smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited, any signs of smoking in the room will result in an additional $100 fine/cleaning fee. Likewise with pets, the no pet policy will be enforced and an unauthorized pet fee of $100 will be assessed if there is any indication this policy has been violated. We both love pets, however we both have asthma and severe pet allergies. We use this property as a second home and want it to be enjoyed by all of our guests a much as we enjoy it. So please be respectful and considerate and follow the house rules accordingly.
If you get locked out of the unit, please contact my co-host Denise who lives and works on the premises. There is a Lockly Vision smart lock and it will lock automatically after 30 seconds. Please do not leave the door ajar as we will be notified. Thank you for your cooperation.
