• No parties, events, or tents
• Pet Policy: 1 dog under 75 lbs $125 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be leashed outdoors and kenneled if left unattended. ($300 fine for non-compliance)
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine)
