Relax in paradise at this 1-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with pool and ocean view. This condo can sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes and coffee maker. Condo has AC and ceiling fans, WIFI and Netflix on the TV in the living room. Adults only property , though children are permitted between the months of May and September.
The Space:
Come visit Vista Encantada just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico, an Eco Development with walking paths through the jungle, spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, where you can disconnect and relax with nature. Lounge around our huge pool or hike the property or down to the beach. Sit on your poolside patio and watch for whales during the season. We are 52 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit.

The Neighborhood:
Beach dining is close by at Chacala beach if you care to have a nice fresh catch of Dorado (Mahi mahi) or Huachinango (red snapper) or giant shrimp for lunch or dinner. For shopping, dining and open market as well as doctor or dentist, La Penita is a short drive (15 to 20 minutes).
Getting Around:
Currently, it is best to rent a car when flying in to the Puerto Vallarta airport.
