This property has recently been refurbished to suit most peoples taste & has proved each year to be a very popular home due to the location 5 mins walk from Market Village, shops restaurants bars and beach. There is a fabulous water park that has been opened recently about 30 minutes away. The property is set back from any main roads, is very quiet, peaceful and tranquil. The garden is beautifully kept by our gardener on a weekly basis, and the overall feel of the property is very inviting. The furnishings are modern and very well looked after. Including being furnished with a smart flatscreen tv with modern apps available for you to use for example Facebook/YouTube. The property is in pristine condition, being open planned gives a very spacious feel. The property also benefits from a very secure locked gated entrance to the five villas situated in the complex which will be automatically locked at certain times, to which all visitors that rent the villa will have 24 hour access to, being provided with a set of keys. The house flows through to the garden and swimming pool, where there is seating, and facilities for outdoor al fresco dining. There is also a car port and two sunloungers at the property.
