The private swimming pool, hot tub, and backyard area are open every day from 7 AM to 10 PM. At 10 PM the lights and heater for the swimming pool and hot tub will automatically turn off. The hot tub jets and all of the lighting in the backyard will also automatically turn off. The pool, hot tub, and backyard area reopen at 7 AM for you and your family to continue enjoying!
(Please note: The game room and the rest of the house are open 24 hours a day for you and your family to enjoy!)

Hello all! I am super excited to host you! I want you to enjoy every second of your stay in my home but because my neighborhood has a very strict noise ordinance my property does not allow any loud activity
WHAT IS LOUD ACTIVITY YOU MAY ASK??
Good Question! Loud activity is any activity that can be heard by my neighbors. If they can hear it then it is disturbing them. So for this reason my home does not allow the following:
- Absolutely no music played by speaker, even small portable speakers (Music played from your phone is OK)
- No screaming or excessively loud talking on the patio
- no popping balloons or streamers
And to ensure these house rules are followed our property has noise detection devices and security cameras
NOICE DETECTION DEVICE
The noise detection device is set at a really high level so only very Excessive loud noises will set it off.

kids or adults laughing, singing, playing and having a good time. Kids running around playing all the games will be no issue at all! Everyone can play all night long even

having a party. Music played by any device other than your cell phone. Adults Screaming and yelling (kids are ok). I want you to enjoy your stay in our home, I only ask that you do it at a respectable noise level. I have had countless guest in my property who Have followed the rules perfectly and They all had tons of fun in my home and enjoyed every second of there stay! SAFETY
Please use the pool and hot tub safely And at your own risk. There’s no lifeguard on duty. By booking my property you agreed to accept full liability and responsibility for any injuries you may Receive by using the pool and hot tub

FIREPLACE (inside the house)
The fireplace inside the property is for decoration only. The city of fountain Valley does not allow short term rental properties to operate a fireplace inside of the house because of potential fire danger. And it is a fire hazard
FIT PITS (in the backyard)
There are two fire pits in the backyard of the property. One fire pit is connected to the house, the other fire pit is not
- The fire pit connected to the house is a gas fire pit and all you have to do is turn the gas on to enjoy it all night long!
- The fire pit not connected to the house is a wood burning fire pit. Feel free to bring as much wood as you like to enjoy it all night long!
POOL CLEANING/SERVICE
The pool service maintenance man arrives at the property twice a week to clean and sterilize the swimming pool and hot tub for you. He arrives to clean the system and make sure it is perfect for you and your family!
POOL, SPA, LANDSCAPING SERVICE
We take pride in our property and we have the pool, spa, and landscaping serviced 1 or 2 a week. by reserving our home you agree to allow the service people in the front yard and backyard areas to make sure everything is perfect for your stay!
TRASH CANS
Once a week my staff will arrive at the property and take the trash cans from the side of the house two the street curb in front of the house so the trash man can empty the trash cans. My staff will then put the trash cans back on the side of the house. Please note: My staff will enter the property from the side gate to move the trash cans. They will not entire the house or disturb you in anyway. By reserving my property you agreed to allow my staff to service the trash cans
