River Vista is a small restricted deed community in Port St Lucie, Florida, situated steps away from Sandpiper Bay Resort, Altitude Academies https://altdacademies.com/ (former Club Med world known resort). The neighborhood is made of 77 single family homes, some along the beautiful St Lucie River and a few on the golf course. Summary: The house was nice. Needed some pressure washing and cleaning up on the outside. Also had a for sale sign in the front yard. I had difficulty getting answers from the property manager. Asked about an early check-in and no response. Got there and there were Amazon packages outside and messaged them to find out what to do with them. I got no response. I asked about the garbage situation since Monday was a holiday and got no response. There was no cable remote in the main living room so trying to get cable channels was a problem. But we brought our ruku and hooked that to the TV and had all our streaming apps and our direct TV. I didn't bother to message them about the remote. Because of the lack of communication. I only heard from them for check-in and check out instrution..I'm just glad we didn't have any issues. The pool was very clean and well worth it .The inside of the house was very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable as well. Also in the neighborhood is a great Italian restaurant called Roma. The food there is amazing. Overall we enjoyed ourswlves, the pool was a bonus after a hot round of golf. I would definitely stay here again despite communication issues.
