Feel right at home and relax with the family in our spacious pool home right in the middle of Sarasota! 3 bedrooms plus a den with a pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy the large, caged-in swimming pool or take a stroll through the peaceful neighborhood! the areas best beaches, including Siesta Key, are just a short drive away!
The space
The main house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den with a pull-out sofa. The garage was converted into a guest suite with private entrance on the side that is currently occupied by a single family member of the owner. The tenant keeps to himself and does not use the pool. Guests of the main house will have full privacy.
