Positive: They offered nothing but water and coffee with sugar, not even a creamer. They were more interested in having us leave by the 9:30am checkout time than our comfort.
Negative: They were not very friendly. I felt like they didn’t really enjoy or even want to have guests. I felt like an inconvenience.
