Detached duplex house on a decent size land. Located on the ground floor, the unit is well ventilated, spacious, high-ceiling and large with a character of a chalet. It is quiet and relaxing.
There are three bedrooms, with queen bed, double bed and single bed respectively. They accommodate 5 adults nicely.
The kitchen is well stocked and includes cookware, dishes, cups, cutlery, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
Bathroom has bathtub / shower. The space is roomy, comfortable and clean. There is free WiFi. It's non-smoking and with no pets.
All you see in the pictures, i.e. living area, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, and parking space you will book for yourself. You will also have access to large yards surrounding the house. The basement is not included in the listing. The second floor is a different unit as well.
You will find in the neighborhood from shops, deli, restaurants, to parks, marina, tennis courts, bike paths and running trails.
It is right next to the metro (subway), a large bus station and a scenic bridge leading to Montreal.
