Right off the living room is you 2nd floor balcony patio with large glass sliders doors that overlook the quiet lagoon. This patio is a great space to entertain your guest. It's big enough for a few chairs, a couple small table, outdoor heaters, and even a love seat.
As you walk your way towards the kitchen, you will pass a large, spacious 1/2 bathroom for your guest. It's newly remodeled, with updated and modern fixtures.
