Pinquin Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage, ideal for four people.
One of Pinquins’ best features is the large veranda that looks out onto the coast line of Grenada and the sparkling waters of the Caribbean Sea. The veranda offers outdoor dining, chairs to relax and hammocks to chill back and enjoy the tropical breeze. The garden is private and there are 2 sun loungers to sit out and catch the sun.
The living and dining space is an open plan with both rooms leading out onto the veranda. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, built in hob and oven, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine.
While the dining area has a ceiling fan, the living space and kitchen are not airconditioned. However, there are plenty of doors and windows to open and due to its location, the home receives a lovely constant breeze providing natural air-conditioning.
The master bedroom has a queen bed there is a bathroom with double sinks and shower just adjacent to the bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen and single bed and a bathroom/shower combination with separate sink vanity. Both bedrooms have views of the water and have AC units.
The house has access to a private road down to Pink Gin beach where you can snorkel and take in some of the wonderful Caribbean sun. This walk is approximately 5 mins and this is a yellow/white sand beach. Lovers Bay Beach is an 8 min walk from the house and a grey/black sand beach.
The property also has an unobstructed view of the setting sun so you can watch for that green flash while sipping on that cocktail of choice.
The cottage has hot and cold running water throughout.
Cable TV and WiFi and provided and included in the rental.

Pinquin Cottage has recently changed management so unfortunately we do not have our previous reviews, hence no current reviews. However the property has been rented over the last few years with happy customers :)
POINTS TO NOTE:
This property is located above Sandals Resort so you may hear music in the distance on some evenings.
The cottage you will be renting is the upper cottage. There is a lower cottage that currently has a long term tenant. This tenant is in a completely separate unit, and they do not share any areas or overlook the upper cottage. The only time you may see the tenant is when you are coming or going from the house. We have one, very quiet individual staying there.
A few basic rules
The property is non-smoking however, if you must smoke, please restrict it to the veranda and garden and please throw away butts and ash.
We ask guests to park to the left as they come up the driveway so that the tenant in the lower cottage can park on the right. There is an area to back up and turn when leaving.
Our beautiful island is noted as one of the costliest for electricity so we greatly appreciate you turning off the AC units when you leave the house or are not going to be in the bedrooms for any period of time.
We caution parents with children between the ages of 1-7 as there is a drop off on the South Westerly side of the property and would not want you to spend your vacation stressing about this.
