Positive: The house is big, comfortable and beautiful. It has a very nice backyard with a steam room and a big playroom with many games and movies.
Negative: The service from the Vacasa staff -they ignored all our requests for help with basic functionality like TV and hot tub- and it was not very clean when we got there. The house is not accessible. It has stairs everywhere, even to the rooms in the main floor which as a few steps below main entrance.
