It's a short walk from the home to the private association beach and dock. Bring your boat or kayaks to explore Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic beyond. This residential neighborhood is also adjacent to a nature preserve with fresh and saltwater ponds, woodlands and secluded walking trails!

A separate stairway leads up into the suite over the garage, where you'll find a private third primary bedroom with a king size bed and full bath with glass enclosed tile shower. This expansive space also has a large living area that can double as another sleeping area with a full size day bed with trundle as well as a twin day bed with trundle. The perfect spot for a family to set up camp.
