This charming home on Eagle Lake is great year round. Enjoy this 389 acre lake and many outdoor options around the area. Whether you love to waterski or snow ski both seasons are amazing here at the lake. It’s a short ride to Notre Dame and convenient to major interstate systems. There are two ski resorts that are 30 miles northwest. The master loft bedroom has a brand new king size bed, double sink, shower and sit down vanity. There is a tv and 2 chairs as well for private relaxing time. This master bedroom has breathtaking views onto the lake. The second bedroom on the main floor has a new king size bed as well. In the lower level there is a brand new queen sofa bed. The couch is also very comfortable sleeping for two more adults. This home has 3 full bathrooms. Great room with cathedral ceiling open to a fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor living includes a large composite deck with large table table that seats twelve. Casual open back porch for grilling and wooded view. Lower level walkout with couch, chairs and gas fire pit. For your use there are four kayaks, three stand up paddle boards and two bikes.
