This charming 520 sq.ft. cottage offers the perfect getaway, with the entire space yours to enjoy. Located near Tahoe, San Francisco, and Folsom Lake & Casino, it’s a fantastic home base for exploring the area. You’ll be just minutes from Loomis' delightful Flower Farm and amazing local restaurants, including LBB, Gander, High Hand, and Reds. Enjoy your morning coffee with scenic country views and cozy dinners in your fully-equipped kitchen. The cottage is stocked with books, games, a TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Nestled down a private gravel driveway shared with the main house, this pet-friendly property provides a peaceful setting for your getaway. While guests are welcome to walk their dogs along the road, please note that access to the back of the property and the 20 acres is not permitted.

- The cottage is located on a 20-acre country property. While you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet, please note that we have wildlife including coyotes and deer.
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash and clean up after them. There will be an additional charge for any dog waste not picked up.
- Not Baby-Proofed: If bringing infants or young children, please note that the home is not baby-proofed (furniture is not secured to walls, outlets are not covered, and cabinets/drawers are not locked). You’ll assume full responsibility for the safety of all guests, including children.

- Between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
Please note: We do not allow late check-ins, and there is no after-hours customer service available. Guests must arrive within the designated check-in window.

Please note that because we live in a rural area, our internet speed is not as fast as you might find in the city. We have AT&T internet with speeds up to 25 Mbps, which should be sufficient for general browsing and streaming, but may not be as fast as you're accustomed to. Additionally, the cottage is not fenced, so pets will need to stay inside or be kept on a leash when outside. A $50 pet fee per pet will apply if you plan to bring your furry friends.
