Pet Friendly: This cute 2 bedroom / 1 bath home is located on a very quiet street in downtown Clayton. It is near the Court House. It is an older home with a few quirks, wood floors and paneled ceiling throughout. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook dinner. It has a washer and dryer on site and a small deck/patio for outside enjoyment. A maximum of 2 pets, cats and dogs (breed-restrictions) only, are allowed with non- refundable deposit, extra cleaning fee.
The Space:
This is a pet-friendly home, but the yard is not fenced in. You must have your pet on leash when outside.
It is a cute home, but it is an older home with a few quirks. For example, one of the bedroom doors needs will close entirely. Hopefully, we can get this repaired soon.
There is room to park two cars. You will approach the home from the rear, but you will park in front of the home.
Must Be 21 y/o to reserve.
